Ally, you have just summed up exactly my position! Saved me having to think what to write. If I lost a pound a fortnight, that would be 26lb by the end of the year...and I know that I am unclogging my arteries and generally doing myself good at the same time - and looking better.

I have to say that today I think I could nibble for the Olympics (now there's a new sport!) - have managed to persuade myself that I wanted a banana rather than my d's home-made shortbread with my coffee, and bought apples instead of a Twix for our picnic lunch, but I'm going to need strength ...send me your good vibes please, everybody!!!
