I was just wondering what your personal goal is, are you almost there?
How realistic are you?
When I started this programme, my aim was to get to 10st, Im almost there, but I feel I have achieved so much more than that, apart from the regaining control and no more bingeing, I have made some wonderful friends who are in the same boat, who are there for me with support and motivation, thats priceless.
When I reach 10st, what then I wonder, will it be 9st?
