I should have said that I went through the menopause 11 years ago , yes, yes, I don't look it but I'm nearly 60 ! So I don't think hormones are an issue.
I was raising the question of not eating enough because apparently when you eat less your metabolism slows down , my physical activity is still the same i.e. non existant apart from a fair amount of walking! I am not obese just getting plumper and plumper and I don't know why!
Nearly dinner time and we shall have tomato / tuna salad and to finish off the meal some fromage frais and fruit salad ! How's that for a healthy diet?
