with the years I seem to be eating less and less and , although I have never been slim but sort of "plumpish" (sounds like a fruit !) , I seem to put on more weight, particularly round my stomach !
Last week I took out a skirt I hadn't worn since last summer and felt it was a bit tight.
Yet I have the impression that I eat less not more ?
This may sound silly but I am actually wondering if I eat enough ?? Does it make sense??
I love fruits and veg so my daily diet is based on those.
