Does anyone run regularly as a way to keep fit. A friend of mine lost loads of weight (from size 16 to size 12) doing slimming world, but on closer questioning, turns out she has been running 3-4 times a week for about half an hour. I thought I might give it a try.
Question is, is it better to run in the gym, or outside? & any recommendations on starting out/ making it easier/ energy levels etc etc?
