Good afternoon Val, Girls,
Before I started doing this, I remeber moaning to someone on the forum, about not eating fruit, just letting it rot in the fruit bowl, I would always look for some other junk food to get that fast sugar fix.
But now things are totally different, I shop each week, and have run out of the fruit before I go again.
I love fresh pineapples and mangoes.
I usually buy green grapes tho, so thanks for the tip Val, I will get the red ones instead.
I always get berry fruit juices like blueberry and raspberry and cranberry.
Your so right honey, we have come so far, and what a healthy bunch we are now.
