Thanks for that valaber. Don't you think that a salad made of lots of different coloured fruits (or vegetables)is lovely to look at as well as being good for you. A bowl of colourful salad looks so beautiful - it all adds to the pleasure of eating it.
Your mention of heartburn, honeybunny, reminds me that since I have been eating more sensibly I haven't had heartburn at all - and I used to suffer from that all the time.
