Hi Val, am feeling fruity today so will take your advice onboard. Usually i do try and have a fruit salad with at least 5 different colours of fruits. I was chatting to one of our dieticians at work and she said you get maximum benefits from lots of colours. I now have raspberries,red, blackberries, black, green grapes, blueberries and oranges in my salad, topped with a vanilla fat free yoghurt. I try and have that once a day, usually for breakfast. I try and do the same with my salad for lunch, different coloured peppers etc.
Before I started the flabulous forumers, i would never have been eating such a healthy diet, now i cannot imagine going back to my former way of eating. I never get heartburn or indigestion now, my skin is clearer and I just feel so much better.
Well done for posting the fruity message, it makes you think of just how much we have all changed for the better.
Have a lovely weekend everybody, here in Cornwall we have force 7-8 winds, driving rain and its really nasty. Not a day to go out so I plan to attack the wardrobe and see what else i have that I can now fit into.
