I would like to recommend this book because it is such a profound study about how cancer starts in the body and the way in which we can, by the way we live, halt or even reverse it sometimes. It is particularly helpful for people who have already undergone successful treatment and want to help themselves in their daily lives. It is called 'anti cancer a new way of life' and is by Dr David Servan-Schreiber who found out he had a brain turmour 15 years ago. Much of the research on foods and pesticides we already know about but there is much more to this book than that. It also has a small book on the inside cover as a pocket guide which can be carried with you when you go shopping for food. The Mail on Sunday serialised the book a couple of weeks ago. I hope some people will find it useful.
