Sorry MJM, I saw your post earlier and was going to reply to say "Yes! IT WORKS - WOW!" but got distracted by work...

This weekend I've got two alternative plans - either outdoors gardening (ours and MILs) or if it rains indoors making casseroles for the freezer and jam and watching the tennis (if it's dry at Wimbledon). I don't tend to pick whilst cooking so should be ok - it's when I've not got much to do that the breadbin starts to beckon to me.

I'm going to try really, really hard this weekend as I know I've been slacking this time and really, really don't want to have to admit to putting on weight after all your encouragement. Whatever happens, I'll re-read some of PMK to remind myself what I need to do. I know that this is a long term plan and the odd hiccup along the way won't put me off this time.
