Its the end of the week and so some of you could be feeling a little tired today. Revive yourself with a simple energizing acupressure technique. All you need to do is locate the little dips that appear around the hairline on the back of your neck, and about two fingers width on either side of your spine. Rest the fingers of each hand on the back of your head, and use your thumbs to gently put pressure on this energizing point for 30 seconds.
