We are what you are, its up to us really, if we feel we are too big, and unhealthy, then I think we owe it to ourselves to do something about it, but it doesnt really help any person who has always had weight problems to have it thrussed in their face every five minutes. I like to think I keep healthy, I swim, and walk as much as I can, but have always had to be careful about what I eat as the weight just seems to pile on if I go a bit mad. I lost three stone with Slimming World, and then went on holiday, and put a load back on again.
Im taking on board LadyWillow, your suggestion about just simply not buying the magazines that promote constant dieting all the time. Plasmo x
