I am so sorry...NO you most definately dont go back to work...It is against the law for work to contact you if you have been signed off by your GP...what you must do...is go back to your Gp and get signed off for a month...you have been through a terrible time and oyur health is obviously suffering hence your Bp....Time to put yourself 1st..Im sorry but your boss will have to cope!!...

We all feel guilty for taking time off...but at times it is most necessary....You will end up in hospital if you dont slow down..then you will be no good to anyone??...Pick up the phone and ring now..tell your Gp you cant cope and she will put anxiety/depresion or something on your sick note....(You need a month off)....covers a multitude of issues..and you dont have to ring work personally get OH or friend to do it..
