maja, how about cutting it into cubes and marinating it for a kebab. Marinate the meat in a bit of natural yoghurt it doesn't matter what fat content it has, a bit of crushed garlic and some grated ginger and seasoning. One hour if you are hungry and you can thread the cubed meat on a skewer. If you don't have skewer use the herb rosemary's sticks. Cook under a hot grill and eat with salad and wholemeal bread with dips or sauces and boiled new potatoes. Yum, am going to BBQ this evening. Enjoy your lamb whichever way you cook it.
