I have a defrosted piece of lambsteak, very small just over a pound,(well itīs just me having dinner tonight) why on earth did I take it out of the freezer yesterday evening??? Today is hot and sunny, The elast thing I want to do is slave over a stove and then sit down and eat on my own! what do I do with this piece of meat, something easy and quick ?? right now, I feel like chucking it and have a drink instead. but that would be wasting good food wouldnīt it? any ideas? but itīs for tonight, tomorrow will be to late, and you are probably out sunning yourselves all of you.. any wizard chef who happens to stroll by their computer please give me some advice I could slice it and grill it couldnīt I?
