I wish I could help you but I have neither wide feet or it seems, the ability to wear comfy shoes! They all seem like bliss in the shop but then kill me when I get home. The comfiest I have ever bought are Carvela and Moshulu, but not sure how they would be for width. Have you tried Shoe Tailor.

As to colour, what about red? it is a colour which actually goes with an awful lot of other colours and would be nice and bright for summer, now that it appears we might be getting one.

Bright pink also looks lovely with black or navy.
