Girls, A couple of years ago I lost 3 stones after being overweight for most of my life, so being a size 10 bottom and 14 top is bliss. There are a couple of probs tho'. I'm now left with skin that hasn't quite 'sprung' back to where it should, so have saggy bits which make me look 20 years older in certain areas!! Before I spend lots of money at a gym, is intensive excercise going to solve this, or will I never 'ping' back after years of overstretching?!! The other thing is my face is definitely looking older now I've lost a bit of padding, tho' I've never had a chubby face anyway. And I won't even mention my 90 year old hands.......Help!!!!
