I am going to fly in the face of all. I also get bloating and have cut out bread and carbs but the best thing I have found for me is drinking plenty of water because if i do not my stomach will swell and I will get constipated. But the best thing I have discovered is "wheatgrass capsules" I know most of us cut out wheat when we have bloating but wheatgrass capsules are made from juicing wheat grass before it it grows more than 7-10 inchs high and is very beneficial to the digestive system. I suggest you google up Wheatgrass and read about its benefits, you will be surprised. daisy
