I must add that I am an active sort of person and like my mum who is on her feet and active most of the day. She rarely sits down during the day and for more that half an hour at a time.
For example yesterday I was outside by 9.30 a.m I cleared the whole of the summerhouse out and did a spring clean on it. After this I painted two garden benches. In between doing these I hung out washing and weeded some of the vegetable plot then was on to making the evening meal for 7.30 p.m Phew no wonder come the end of the day I personally feel worn out and no need to diet
