I agree with redhead about the wheat thing - and sadly it probably is an age thing! I found that carbs also added to the problem and instead of giving me energy actually made me sluggish.
My advice is to cut out the carbs and especially wheat (some yogurts contain wheat so it will mean reading the labels) and eat fresh fruit,veg and meat and drink lots of water. Nuts and dates will help with the loo situation .You don't have to give up coffee or tea but just cut it down and red wine in moderation is good for you -it contains antioxidants. Try this for 2 weeks and you should start to feel better with more energy and the bloating feeling disappearing and your tum flattening. With the extra energy you may even feel like toning it all up by doing sit-ups!!!
