I was allergy tested last year and apparently I react to wheat, dairy (which I already knew),coffee, potatoes and oranges. I cut them all out for about 6 weeks but didn't see a massive difference, unfortunately. I have had good results from something called Prebio 7 but only recently found out that heat kills them...and I used to take them with my morning coffee!! Duh!! Started taking a different pro/pre biotic yesterday so fingers crossed.
