Our ensuite shower is out of order and I am I use the word plagued as the hard water we have around here in Kent has yet again killed our power shower. About every four years or so the shower unit and pipes fur up and the shower fails to heat the water. OH bought yet another new power shower unit the other month and has only now today got around to installing it. We found as it is a newer but the same make this one is smaller than the old and as a result we have a bare patch and need to re tile all round it. Not able to take it back now as its over the month and not fautly!! !!! Are you suffering like me with living in a hard water area or do you have a water softener ? If so would you recommend investing in one? At £100 quid a pop for a new shower every four or so years I think it might be time to invest don't you!
