Hi girls, Im not long up, looks like I have missed a lovely sunny day again, (story of my life), a good tip for you girls, plan your days off and holidays for when I am working and sleeping, its guaranteed to be lovely weather!!
Valaber, I am really pleased to hear you are feeling confident and upbeat today, hold on to those thoughts, good for you swimming first thing in the morning, I wish I could do that.
Anne, wonderful, I walk twice a week with a friend, we have been doing it for about 3 years now and I wouldnt miss it for the anything, its so energizing, and I always feel lighter when I have done it, you will really enjoy it once your up to speed!
honeybunny, I admire anyone who can run, well done you, before work too, I couldnt run to the garden gate, I would need life support if I did it for more than that.
Spanishlady, what can I say, apart from, can I have your life!!, you are sooo active, you are an inspiration to us all, you must be on cloud nine, well deserved I say!!
Right, I am not going to do my usual Friday, treat the weekend like any other day, dont ruin the week by bingeing on the weekend rant, like I normally do, I am just going to wish you all a wonderful bank hoiday weekend, and I hope the sunshines for you, in more ways than one.
