Very stressed

I run two businesses from home, run the home and we go away a lot of weekends and I just am finding it difficult to cope. Things are slipping through the net and I'm not performing well and business is suffering as a result.

I find I'm getting very stressed and then sit and surf the net as a means to escape which of course makes things even worse!

How do you all cope? Do you have routines? Do you do lists? Is your day and week structured?

Can anyone give me some specific practical advice please?
