Southampton Winchester Basingstoke Bournmouth Sunday Lunch Walk 29 Nov
      #512073 - 21/11/2009 08:27

Hi Ladies,

We have decided to have a blast of invigorating sea air for our next walk and a cosy comforting feast afterwards.

We are meeting at Highcliff Castle to walk along to Mudeford and back for coffee? then collapse afterwards for a good old gossip in the very nice tearoom at the castle

http://www.highcliffecastle.co.uk/

We will meet outside the castle tearoom at 11am on Sunday 29th November.

The castle carpark is free this time of year

We are still keeping to the original purpose of the walks which is to find the best Sunday Lunch in the area and the pre-lunch walk justifies the delicious feast afterwards.

Everyone is welcome, please join us, we don't go on a mamouth route march - its just a pleasant stroll about 3 miles this one.

This shouldn't be a muddy walk but please wear comfortable footwear as it can be unevern.

Lots of laughs and chit chat with a great lunch at the end of it

Just post on the Forum that you are interested and I will pm you with more details etc.

Looking forward to seeing everyone both old and new faces

We have been so lucky with the weather so far this year for our walks lets hope this is another sunny one.

Gilley x

I was going to attend but not too keen on being referred to as an old fossil!
Look forward to seeing you next Sunday - lets hope the weather has improved a bit by then!
Enjoy the ghurkas, Caroline

Hi all,
Sounds like a great walk. Count me in, weather permitting.
See you all there for a catch up on all the news.
Love Deb K
