I'm a Celebrity - get me out of here
      #503270 - 08/11/2009 18:14

Oh good. Celebrity is starting again next Sunday. Does anyone know if they get paid a set fee, or are they paid for the length of time they stay in. Haven't heard any names yet, have you ?

Love it Swanlake - haven't heard any names yet. Each year we seem to get people though that aren't really celebrities so it will be interesting to see who we get this year.

Hi Swanlake and Aec,

I think it all depends on their status as a celebrity, as to what kind of a fee they get, in other words the bigger name, the bigger the fee.

When they announce the participants I've never heard of most of them. Still I don't watch all the time, just dip in late at night when not sleeping and I like to know who wins all of these "competitions."

I do think they should stagger them a bit and miss a year or something - they're hardly finished and they'r back again.

I did hear that Sam Fox (former Page 3 girl) is one of the contestants. Also that Jordan may be making a second appearance - but these could just be rumours !

Hi Summer - I bet 1000-1 it will be in one of the tabloids sooner rather than later.

I reckon it's a guilty pleasure for a lot of us ladies Summer, I for one will be watching!

I'd take Michael Buble at the moment, he could keep us all entertained.
