Hi Ladies,

At relatively short notice (!) I've been invited to N Carolina in September and I know very little about it! Has anyone been? Anyone know any great places to stay or things to visit please?

Asheville, in NC is charming, with a good choice of B&Bs to stay at. American B&Bs are a bit different to ours. We stayed at the 1900 Inn on Mountford - in the cheapest of their rooms! The Biltmore Estate is nearby and well worth a visit. I found it amazing. Look it up on google.
