Just been online as I cant stand the first day of the sale in the shops and spent £80! They have some fantastic bargains so long as they fit when they arrive! I've ordered a wrap dress for £20, several pairs of jeans for betwen £15 and £12 and a top for £2. Fingers crossed that they all fit when the arrive.

Hi I am Jemma , I new here. I was 4th in the queue at our local next . All the little things that would fit me were all gone before the doors opened. Should have had a lie in as originally planned.

Hi there Biker_Babe Nice to buy in the sale and hope at least a few of the things you ordered fit just fine. Our 20 year old daughter is working in NEXT in BlueWater for the sale and today she is on the shop floor and working hard for sure, 6 p.m till 12 mid night.

I remember the days when I used to queue up at the Next sales - not on my radar any more. Not sure whether I am getting older or my taste has changed but Next is not what it used to be - more like New Look now but higher prices and the stores themselves are not as nice looking either.

I popped in late yesterday afternoon to an "out of town" store - it was a bit like a cattlemarket but the checkout queue was short. I thought I'd just see if I could find a new top to wear out last night in the sale and came out with over £90 worth but no top! Having a "trying on" session soon

I used to love Next and bought lots there, but like some of the others, I find that they seem to be catering for the under 21s rather than the age range they used to cater for. Sadly, I really do miss the stuff they used to sell, reasonably priced and well made. June xx

I think Next has lost its way a bit where clothes are concerned. Everything tends to look pretty much the same every season. They do have some nice Home things though.

I have never seen anything in a Next sale that looks like it came from Next. I think they buy up a load of cheap tat in the hope that they can sell it as Next sale goods and make a profit. I won`t be queuing at 5am, I`ll be tucked up in bed.
