Hello Ladies!
Having had a chat with my Assistant Social Secretary Plasmo, we thought that it might be a nice idea in the Autumn (no definite date fixed as yet) to have a day out somewhere. Our initial thoughts were either a Spa Day locally (Hoar Cross maybe ,or Springs Hydro in Ashby),or perhaps a shopping day out in London,visiting the Westfield Centre and going out for lunch. Would any ladies old and new to the Club be interested in joining us? At the moment,we'd just like to know if you are up for coming and which option you would prefer, and then we'll finalise something after the Summer.

Hi Spangle
Sounds like a great idea having a day out. I would certainly be up for the days shopping. Regarding going to Hoar Cross Hall, my daughter is taking me in the Autumn as my birthday present so would give that a miss this time (if that is most people's choice)
Many thanks for Tuesday, I did enjoy it.

Sounds a great idea am up for it but away 2nd half september.Could get discount if people want to go to Hoar Cross. Did you know you can do half a day which is cheaper?

Me too, would love to go farther afield. Not too keen on spas but would love to go shopping in London. However, will go with the flow!

Oh brilliant! Really pleased that so many of you are up for this day out!What's your preference Plasmo?Must admit I'd quite like to go to London as the new shopping centre is meant to be amazing and any excuse for a meal out, but am pretty easy either way! Still room for more ladies though so, all the "viewers",do let me know if you'd like to come along too! Spangle

Great idea would love to go -prefer shopping option -anywhere !! However I will be away from Sept 28th until about 4th November so expect that would count me out ?

Spangle, and Girls,
Westfield for me, we have always wanted to visit, so this would be a great opportunity for all of us to have a lovely lunch, and then some retail therapy.
Definitely count me in. Its always nice to have something to look forward to isnt it?

Hi Girls,
Have spoken to several of you regarding your commitments in the Autumn, and it has been impossible to come up with a Saturday when we are all around.Really sorry that I'm not going to be able to please everyone,but from what I can see,a good date for most of you would seem to be 26th September,with the Westfield Centre in London being the preferred option. Please can you PM me and let me know if you are up for a day out on that date?If not,I'll get my thinking cap on again!
