WHICH ONE ARE YOU?
      #417248 - 06/07/2009 09:24

Good Morning Everyone,

Dullsville here in Derbyshire this morning, but things might change, do hope so.

I was born on a Friday, and am quite happy with this portrayal in the Nursery Rhyme, do you know what day of the week, you were born on, and if so, does the description say it all about you?

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

I love the way the word "gay" is used so innocently, to be honest I think it is a lovely word, and depicts a time gone by, when sexual connotations were just not important.

I'm Tuesday. Used to think grace meant graceful which I'm not but then was told it can be gracious. Good web-site giving all those details of how many days old etc we are.

I've always loved movies, art and clothes. And comfort is really important when we are selecting our ladies nightdress and nightwear.

I am a Thursday girl. Says I have far to go so I best get packing!
I think it means far to go emotionally and I have certainly done that in my life.

Gosh - I'm a Monday girl! Never knew that.

I'm not sure I looked properly at the list of figures on the dayofbirth website. For a moment I thought it said I was 343.
Then I saw - in dog years!

All those hours and minutes ticking away - better go and do something useful - like check in the mirror that I still look like a Monday girl!!!

i guess they just register as a 'normal' user and then sneak in here and there. Trouble is, I think it has a reverse effect as I certainly don't intend to respond to something in the middle on someone's thread.

My mother said that I was born on a Tuesday night. And my first nursery rhyme I know was:

Star light star bright,
The first star I see tonight,
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have the wish I wish tonight.

I am overwhelm with this forum that is why I am talking about ladies nightdress and nightwear

Amelica,

Its just an easy fast buck way of advertising. They register just like anyone else.
