Day 460: WEIGH-IN, How did it go for you?
      #417231 - 06/07/2009 08:36

Good Morning Ladies

Its the dreaded weigh-in today, how have you got on?

I have lost 2lb, which I am pleased about but wish I had tried a bit harder and lost a bit more (like you do).

I am feeling quite optimistic at the moment so I am going to celebrated by hoovering out my keyboard - its quite shamefull how I have learnt to eat and type at the same time

Good Luck for today and positive vibes for the week ahead

xx

Well done gilley - I am only 1/2 lb off which is totally depressing as I missed the last weigh in so that is over 4 weeks. Had a holiday in between but really was so good on the holiday and felt I would have lost more. Am going to really knuckle down now as want to be slimmer and time is moving on. The weigh-ins come round so fast it seems and each time I want to get a star and haven't manged to as yet. Will up the walking also. Hope you have a lovely time in Paris SL.

Good morning everyone!

Well done gilley and aec13cat for losing and well done SL and Twinkle for staying the same!

I'm really pleased because I've lost 2 of the FOUR (!!!) pounds I put on on holiday. I'm relieved that it has been so easy to get back on track - I think the hot weather helped!

Have a wonderful time in Paris SL - lucky you!

Have a good day everyone!

I've put on, a pound I think, and I feel a bit down about it, expecially since we go on holiday on Saturday for two weeks, but hey ho, just need to keep going. I feel better, and am told I look better, so I am presuming that if I just keep plowing away I will get there eventually.
Hi magunna, and welcome to the forum, the ladies on this thread are following a certain pmk (cd, book, he's on the telly, we don't put his full name on or when someone googles him they get us!) We weigh in every second Monday and we are not dieting, we are changing what and how we eat following his rules. You are welcome to join us, but if you want to find other dieters you would be better starting a thread on the health and wellbeing, there have been some posts there from others who are on orlistat recently. Good luck what ever you decide.

I'm so relieved to find that I've lost 1/2lb.Not a lot but I've eaten out everyday last week as my sister and B.I.L have been visiting us.I was sure that I would have put weight on but I did have to leave quite a lot on my plate at each meal because I really couldn't eat it because I felt so stuffed.PMK must have made a huge difference,I'm sure I could have eaten it all last year.
Well done to the losers and no change FFs and to everyone else remember today is a new start.

I amnot part of the FF's any longer but still keep a close eye on the thread. I was over the moon when I got on the scales today and found that my calorie counting for 2 weeks has resulted in me losing 4lbs!!!!

Well done to all of you that either lost or stayed the same. As for those who put on - seems you all had excellent reasons ie holidays, special family occasions. Good luck for the next weigh-in.

Hi everyone, and very well done, gilley. You deserve your weight loss as you've been so good at keeping the daily posts going. I've stayed the same.

Blossom, I thought yours was a good post yesterday. Everytime a get a compliment about my weight it boosts my resolve, and on Friday, both at work, and in the evening, people commented on how well I'd done. Even though the weight loss has really slowed down now, I keep reminding myself how far I've come and I'm determined not to put it back on again.

Ally, you are an inspiration.

Well done everyone.
