its lovely isint it.
When I was in Holland two weeks ago I met lots of people I had not seen for at least ten years and I got lots of compliments saying I looked younger now than I did then

What a lovely feeling even the smallest compliment gives you, what a boost to our confidence and determination to stick with it till we are slim, slim, slim.

My children told me I looked great in my jeans, but could I please buy a smaller size because they did not fit me anymore!

Hi Ladies,
My OH made me fall of the chair yesterday!! He suddenly came out with your legs look great!!!!!!!!! I've been looking at them since wondering if he may need a new pair of glasses !!
Must continue to do Dec's squats I've only managed two lots of 15 !!!

Great post! Yesterday OH said "you look good in those jeans, your bum is definately smaller" followed by YD "Yeh I was just about to say that". Also am down a size in Wallis and M&S. Thing is I don't think I am going to have lost at tomorrows weigh in, but have been taking more exercise and wearing fitflops all the time so reckon I am tightening up. I haven't weighed in for four weeks because I was away, but I checked when I came back and had put on so since I have been back on track 'no change' would satisfy me. Good luck everybody and congrats on all the compliments. Keep flouncing!
