MM DAY 172: Where are all you Wonky Walkers?
      #416236 - 03/07/2009 20:22

Have you fallen over??

Dec will be back next week and want to know what you have been up to, Ooooh, Don't upset Dec - you know how she gets!!!!

She will have us squatting, doing press-ups and who knows what else if we have been slacking

Ladies, I got my Omron today - it seems very complicated to set up or am I just having a blonde moment??

Hi Gilley
I have been wonky walking to work, at work, around the supermarket and at home. Just checked and have done 13 100 so far today. I have a blister on one foot, so have been definitely doing a wonky walk this evening!

When I set my BB up, I tried to do it as I read the instructions, really it would have been much easier to have read through the instructions first and then set the settings.

Lol

went for 30 minute walk this =evening, but not done much more today..met a friend for lunch and stayed for lots of coffees.....

My sis comes home tomorrow from the US and I really wanted to have lost alot more weight, but I am finding it a bit difficult and seem to have come to a standstill..

Hi all,
I've just been out for a walk (not really wonky walking but a reasonable pace) and have made it over 10,000 steps for the day. Not as good as you, Foxie, but I am pleased with it as I was pretty lazy this morning.
Glad you've got your pedometer, Gilley, as I'm sure it will motivate you even more.
Sorry the weight isn't coming off as quickly as you would like, Bloss. I know it's disappointing when you wanted to lose more before your sister came, but don't let it stop you enjoying a lovely time together.

Hi Bloss - just to say to remember that the numbers on your scales are going DOWN and this time it is forever. So just kiss those lost pounds good-bye!

Hi Chaddy
I reckon anything in double figures is a good total. I walk less over the weekend, so tend to look at my average number of steps over a week.
