Good morning from a very overcast Derbyshire.

I have got a very busy today as I'm helping to organise a cabaret evening at my kids' school this evening catering for 140 people.

Hope you have a lovely day whatever you're doing.

Morning Kezabel and everyone not usually on here at this time of day, had an earlier start than usual. Well it is fine and bright here at the moment but I think it is supposed to rain at some point but they have been saying that for days without much sign of it. Finally going to do my baking this morning don't really know what to make apart from the teabreads, I put the fruit to soak 2 days ago and forgot about it yesterday so it will be a nice moist one. Have a great day all.

Morning all, I am extremely tired today, I didn't get home till 1am and I was sozzled (managed yet again to drink without eating!). Had a fantastic night and a bit of a rendezvous. I just wish I was sat at home waiting for what looks set to be a fantastic tennis day!

Have a great day all

I've done several days housework in one go so I'm having a coffee break now. Looking forward to a lovely weekend with my partner. There's a scarecrow trail on, hope it doesn't get washed away
