Day 453 Hello I'm Back and Back on Track
      #414432 - 29/06/2009 13:03

Hi Girls
I'm back from my holidays now and I have really missed you all.

Had a fabulous time. It was really great meeting up with Chickadee and Mr Chick. She is such a lovely lady and our OHs got on well too.

Well I've been to the land of cream teas and cornish pasties, so of course I had to try them. I realise how easy it is to get off track when you're on holiday and I know that I've been eating - and drinking!!! - more than usual. I did not feel at all guilty though, pmk says NOTHING is forbidden. I have managed to leave food on my plate, but not the cream tea I confess! I did throw half an ice cream in the bin though - brownie points there I think!

But, now I'm back home and today is a new day so I'm getting back on track and sticking to the rules and hoping that I'll lose the extra pounds I've put on.

Have a good day everyone and I'm really glad to be back with you all again.

--------------------

Ally XXX

Welcome back AllyL, so glad you enjoyed yourself, and you are so right - there needs to be space for some indulgence, I think coming home to the forum will help me when my hols come in a couple of weeks. I bet it was great wearing all your new clothes and feeling gorgeous.
