MM day 163 Hows it going?
      #412669 - 24/06/2009 16:37

Yesterday some of us decided that we would try and have a daily routine that would get us moving more.Mine was to do Squats and arm exercises first thing in the morning, before showering ,and whilst waiting for the kettle to boil.
This morning I remembered to do both and I also did 20 sit ups as a bonus exercise. Can't let Foxie beat me on those! If I manage to do those 3 types of exercises daily I'm hoping they should really help me tone up.
How's it going for you,did you remember or forget your new routine?

Don't be hard on us Bloss,at least we did something! Gilley, welcome to Squatters world, you'll thank me for it some day.
Whitely ,just make lots of tea so that you can dance more.
And to everyone who is shirking I just want to say "Shame on you"lol
Lets see what we can do tomorrow.

Just got back from a walk around the city with 2 other forum ladies, I'm sure my pedometer isn't working properly. As my map finder thing told me the walk was 2.5 mile but ped said 1.76 miles.

Oh well had a nice time anyway
