My first weight loss at WW
      #412356 - 23/06/2009 19:23

At last I have lost 2 1/2 pounds. I dont know how as I went away for the weekend and really didn't take notice what I ate or drunk.

Keep it up I tell myself

Well done Scarlets! I started WW in January and have lost 19lbs. I've had good weeks and bad weeks and hanging in there by the skin of my teeth weeks. I think I've put a few pounds on this week as I've been off sick with bad shoulders, neck & head and eating everything in sight out of boredom.

Keep at it, it's a slow process but it works for me.
