MM DAY 162: Lets get motivated...Pick an old song and groove away
      #412151 - 23/06/2009 10:55

Hi ladies

We all seem to be suffering the same lack of motivation and fed-upness

As we all seem to be within a certain age group - lets all pick an old song by original artist and have a 3 minute dance and if you like the next persons choice you can dance to that too - 10 mins will soon wiz by.

My choice, one I haven't heard for a while and brings back happy memories of a skinny daft me

Hi Gilley ,we must have been posting at the same time so on Day 162 we get 2 for the price of one!
I'm older than you so I often play Mick Jagger's",I can't get no satisfaction" and boogie round my kitchen all by myself.Reliving my youth and mad times!

Hi Gilley and Dec,
I've chosen the album with all Michael Jacksons No 1's on and have a lovely memory for each one to listen to whilst I am in the gym. Makes the time go so quickly and so much more enjoyable.

Off to go and sing my heart out between gasps for air!! (lol)

I walked over 10 000 steps today......by shopping in the city cntr.

Bought another new dress for a wedding...£50 reduced from £100...I love it!... it is a really flattering shape...but I cant put on any weight between now and end of July!!!!!

As for sounds to dance around to..anything by ABBA...on virgin media on demand is good for me!!!

I have to dance when I hear Diana Ross, Chain reaction. I just can't keep still. Fortunately up to now I haven't been anywhere inappropriate
