MM 161 I am stuck!!
      #411709 - 22/06/2009 08:33

I am stuck in a weight zone, the numbers on my scales won't go down!
So here is my plan,
I will listen to pmk every day for a week.
I will take more notice of my BB and definately do above 9000 steps a day.
I will be grateful in the fact that I weigh much less than at the beginning of the year, and I can share my frustrations with you lovely ladies.
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Whitleybay

I will join you in your plan, as you know I have fallen down a big hole in moving and weight loss at the moment so.

I am going to re-start taking a walk after supper as well as walking instead of taking the car when possible (I had fallen back into lazy habits!!).

Enjoy the sunshine everybody

xx

Hi Whitley Bay and Gilley
I'm definitely stuck and not making any promises as going on holiday on Friday. I will be flying round like a mad woman getting everything ready so that will have to be my MM.
Congratulations Gilley on your walk.
Ginnie X

Hi everyone.I am getting a bit lazy too.So I'm going to make an effort to walk more .I think it was the extra walking that i was doing at the beginning of the year that really helped with my weight loss..
Where are you off to Ginnie? Hope you have a lovely time.
Gilley you made a great start to your moving more efforts with your half marathon so keep up the good work.
W B we will have to make sure we keep each other motivated.
Decx

I feel the same as all of you.

I lost 1lb this time, but feel quite unmotivated to move more.!!!!!

I will have to get moving this week.

I am going to ....

..walk each evening
...park in the furthest car park space
....take the stairs
....do Decs 10 minute ( at least )boogie each day.
..wash the car by hand
..vigorous house work (esp hoovering and polishing1)...in fact going to log off now and go and hoover!!
Byeeeee
