OUCH! OWW! URGHH!, OUCH, OUCH!!!!!!!!!!
Thanx mjm - may never walk upright and in a straight line again - but did it in 3.5 hours so not too shabby.....
But I've got to say "NEVER AGAIN"
Have a lovely few days off mjm and good luck everyone for tomorrow, I must admit I will probably be wonky walking in a very slow and shuffly way - "the walk of shame" xx

Well done, gilley!! You deserve a medal. Did they give you one? I once did a fun run round a field with some cub scouts and got given a medal. It was plastic!
mjm, I shall need all the luck I can get. I've not had a good fortnight. Did a bit of dancing last night, but that was after a buffet. Why are sausage rolls so moreish?

You and me both sella,
I think I will be dishing out stars for anyone who hasnt put on any pounds this fortnight..., they might be few and far between!!...lol
Im not a great fan of sausage rolls myself, but if you smothered them in chocolate, it might be a different matter...lol

Well done Gilly!!
I am hoping to have lost at least a pound, as it will bring me under 13 stone for the first time in about 9 years!!

Well done Gilly, I have a very close friend who also did the walk yesterday and I am so very very proud of her. I
I'm looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow as I think I may have hit the stone loss mark. My clothes are certainly fitting me better and my activity levels (MM) are definately increasing whilst the Lupus is at bay! Will have to wait and see.
Good Luck to everyone
