I think RC is probably the best value of the slimming clubs because as you say you do get an exercise class too.But I would say the fact that you keep losing weight and putting it back on shows diets don't work.
Have you thought about giving PMK a try? Hopefully it would help to stop you loosing weight and regaining it each time.Check out FF daily posts and MM posts.

Hi.MB ,yes you have the right PMK. You will need to have his book and Cd and try to listen to his CD as much as possible, preferably every day in the beginning.
You then need to contact MJM with your starting weight, she is the only one who will know what it is,then we send her our weight once a fortnight on a Monday. This coming Monday is weigh in for those of us doing Pmk.Our weight loss or gain will be posted by mjm when she has sorted them out.The FF daily posts are to try and keep us motivated and anyone is welcome to post and join in.
The Moving More posts are also very informal.Anyone can join in with us and the idea is that we motivate each other to keep active and get fit.It helps if you decide on small ways to increase the amount of moving you do and try to increase it daily. Most of us seem to have found increasing the amount of walking we do to be the easiest and most enjoyable way to move more.Getting a pedometor can be a good way of increasing your daily steps and charting your progress.
Hope to see you on FF and MM.If you have any questions feel free to pm ne and I'll do my best to help.
