Well, I have used it for 4 weeks now and to be honest, I dont think it is any different to the other stuff, not the original but the one made for more mature skin. I will keep using one of them as I think they do make a difference to my skin but it will depend on which is the cheapest at the time I need to renew it.

I am on my third week of serum, eye cream and moistutriser - think it will take a lot longer to work on me ! Doesn't seem to feel very different to Jo Malone serum and moisturiser - time will tell, perhaps I am just past redemption !

Nice to read your comments, as I was thinking about buying it, but tried the last one and it didn't seems to do much for me! I just think if you continue to use any product it eventually makes some sort of difference, if only to make your skin feel softer. I like Super drugs Optimum range - their serum is good, been using it now for several months, so I will continue with it- it's cheaper as well!

Hi Bikerbabe
Is it the Protect and Perfect you've been using? I missed the start of this thread

Hi Bikerbabe, I too have missed the start of this and would like to know to?
I am currently using the Olay Definity cream, serum etc and find it has made no difference to my skin at all as yet.... Any tips on what works and doesn't gratefully received please

I've been trying the new Intense but I was using the other stuff that is aimed at the more mature skin before that and they seem much the same to me.

I started using the Aldi range when it was in the papers last year and I have been using it ever since I find it the best so far I use the day cream the night cream and the one for mature skin, I think my skin is looking a lot better , especilly the decollage it was getting very wrinkely , because the creams are so cheap I too tend to splash them on the more the merrier. This week Aldi had specials on I have stocked up.

Hi Biker-Babe The new Perfect & Protect is the new brand name for Refine & Rewind. It's just been rebranded after the university testing report I think. I use it and like the texture, don't know if it has reduced the wrinkles but can live in hope. Perhaps the results are gradual and we don't notice but everyone else does. Optimistic or what. XX

Hi Spanish Lady and everyone else! I too am a convert to Aldi face creams, they are really very good. I also use their facial wipes (the ones in the pink wrapper for mature skin) they are only 77p a packet. I also use their wet wipes which come in a handy little blue and white plastic tub which is small enough to go in my handbag. I have always looked after my skin and have never washed my face in soap for about 35 years or more. Everyone comments on my skin so I must be doing something right. Go on girls, give the posh stuff the old heave ho and try Aldi. I look forward to reading what you think once you've tried them.
