W & H weight loss chart???????
      #396705 - 24/05/2009 13:26

Hi
I haven't signed on to the diet Club for a few weeks (but still losing weight!). I'm sure there used to be a chart showing whether or not you were on target and a table to register your loss each week. Must be being particularly dense today as can't find them !!! Can anyone help?
Thanks
Gill

Hi Gill,

Go into 'food diary' and select the 'my progress' tab. You can entre your weight and other measurements int here and show them as a bar chart or timeline.

Good for you for keeping it up, I haven't used it for a few weeks and I'm not losing any weight either! Must try harder!

Thanks so much brightspark! Have given myself a suitable shock as above my target at this point now. Serves me right! I suppose it could have been worse and gone backwards which is what I normally do

Why is it that as soon as you stop watching everything you eat and pushing food to the back of your mind you start to pile on the weight again!! I have restarted dieting which involves being conscious of food all day long - any ideas how to diet without having to think about it all the time. I'm doing the raw food diet and the salad diet (W and H june, july) and also trying to up the exercise with the walking machine and swimming apart from daily walk. Managing 10.000 steps a day of exercise but seem to be conscious of being on a diet all day long. Any ideas out there?
