      #390182 - 13/05/2009 14:44

Anyone know if this offer is on this weekend? Got a 3 night break in a caravan and I don't want to cook!

You know, I've often thought that, instead of cooking for a dinner party, you could just buy three of those, for six people, and even with extra bits, it would still come to less than you spend when you cook it all, and the wine's included.
Don't know if I'm brave enough, but guess it would be fine if you told people that's what you were going to do!

I dont think so as they had it just over a week ago - hope so though! The bowl of salad with the last one was huge and delicious - perfect with moussaka, followed by choc puddings or sticky toffee (the best ever)...

I have cheated unmercifully for tonight for SIL and OH supper: bought an Asda cheapest lasagne, cut it in half and added an extra jar of Lloyd Grossman sauce and dusted the top with parmisan... looks perfecto.... have done it before and it tastes better than my homemade and much cheaper!

Oh if you have never tried these offers, you really should. On Mothers Day my daughter( who is also a Mum) and I bought two different £10 deals.

There were six of us and enough to go round. Roast potatoes and veg. did have to go in the oven of course and meat had to be cooked but what a taste with such little work.

Go for it.

The offer is fantastic . Tesco does this offer as well.. something a bit different to try! :-) I can never be bothered cooking much.. so taking away all the preparation time is always good!!!!

Week late for you staxs - but it's on now! In fact it is the best ever (because it's their 125th anniversary apparently)

So good I had problems choosing - so bought 2 - no cooking for me this weekend!

How often to M&S do the offer. I don't go there often but will make the effort when the offer is on.

I bought the Tesco package this week. Thai prawn fishcakes, moussaka, millionare shortcake tarts and a nice bottle of white. Great value.

My daughter and I did it Kate. It was Mother's Day and as we are both Mum's we decided to hit M & S.

There were seven of us so we bought two of the meals for four.

The roast lamb was delicious and the roast potatoes a dream.

Give it a go. Save you loads of time.
