Trying again- Leisurely walkers in Surrey anywhere ?
      #360919 - 23/03/2009 13:39

Did attempt this at the beginning of the year but with no luck. I am a friendly 53 year old lady, fit and healthy, looking for other ladies to walk with maybe once or twice a week in the Sutton/Epsom/Reigate area. I am not a fast walker nor am I good with hilly walks but if anybody would like a lesuirely stroll/walk once a week I'd be glad to meet up with you. I am not into timed walks or going fast so want to deter those who are training for marathons etc as I wont fit into your group. Am happy to drive halfway to meet anyone within reason. Thinking of maybe National Trust houses/areas/walks, that kind of thing but always open to suggestions. Hope to hear from you.

Hi, I'm also 53. I live in Croydon and although I'm rubbish at directions I am willing to drive and meet half way for a leisurely walk. I can only do once a week due to other commitments. Am I near enough do you think? Please let me know,

Hi sorry have just read your post. Another lady from Ashtead also wants to join in so perhaps we can start something between ourselves and see how it goes.
