Hi is it possable to ask people on a forum to recycle furniture i.e to post on one of your forums to exchange furniture with other readers rather than chuck it out to buy new Liz

Try selling it on ebay. Excellent way to recycle and earn some pennies too. Where it says postal costs, choose 'buyer collects'. I sold a stair lift and made the buyer dismantle it too. He brought all his own tools and took everything away and I got some money too!

Think you have posted this in the wrong section. It's not Website Feedback - try Your Lives as most people read that.
Also in some areas they have The Lighthouse Project which takes donated furniture to give to homeless people that are being given homes for the first time.
