Bath, lets start a club in members homes
      #328023 - 04/02/2009 19:25

Hello, I have recently moved to Bath and miss the supper club that I was in previously. We met in each others homes, very laid back and relaxed,no need to be a great cook as we all brought a dish. Would like to start one in Bath if possible. Anyone interested? Hope so. Best wishes from Kitty

Hello Miss Kitty.

Glad you are interested in joining us on the 4th March. The venue hasn't been arranged yet as I was waiting to nearer the time, but we usually try to choose somewhere with a varied menu/price range. We have so far met in places such as Cafe Rouge and Le Strada both central Bath and one meet in a very nice restaurant in Midsomer Norton (south of Bath). We try to vary things and in fact we have mentioned a possible evening in a country pub for the summer months. Any other suggestions would be very welcome. Please watch for a posting a little later on in the month and hope to see you on the 4th.
Bye for now

Lynda

Hello Lynda, Thanks for letting me know. I'll keep an eye on the Supper Club Forum. Am not the greatest at finding my way around the Forum ( to put it mildly ). I'm hoping to have a holiday around March time. Have been helping my daughter with her new baby, night feeds, lots of child care, and am tired; she's joining her boyfriend in Holland next Thurs, so will try hard to get a break. However, really keen to join a supper club, as the last one I was in before moving here was really nice - and a great way to meet people. Best Wishes from Kitty
