Haven't decided yet but soup and maybe a cheese toastie. Comfort food is necessary on such a cold day.

Well this is Day 1 of my diet so I had a slice of bread with lots of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and ham. Was very good but then it is only day 1 - willpower might not be so good by end of week.

I've just eaten crumpets, oozing butter, followed by a slice of home made chocolate cake and all rounded off with a nice hot mug of tea!
Truly scrumptious!

Tigerfeet, That was your fault! I was going to have a sandwich until you talked about bacon.Now I've had egg and bacon...very unusual for me, and it was scrummy on a day like this!

oooh georgeous! How do you get away with it? raspberry liqurice and now a bacon butty - not fair!!!
I had 2 marmite ryvitas and a banana plus 3 mugs of tea and 6 fruit gums that have made my tongue funny
