Morning everyone.Christmas festivities may have added a couple of pounds to your body but are we remembering PMK's advice to love,or at least accept ,ourselves as we are now?
I realise that I no longer do the mirror exercise.I've not been sending out positive thoughts to my image or trying to visualise how I will be if I follow "the rules"Can you see the angel in the stone yet?
IF you've been with the FFs for awhile what are the biggest changes which you can see in the mirror?My thighs and hips are now looking slimmer and my waist has more definition.I can see a new me emerging and yes,I'm loving it!

Hi Dec. Seeing the angel in the stone is proving a bit difficult at the moment and I must admit to avoiding the mirror!! I will give the mirror another try though - before I 'went off the rails' last year, I definitely saw a difference in my shape, so I hope to recapture that this year!

I have not been looking in the mirror lately
too cold to stand naked in frot of the mirror in tht morning maybe I will brave it tomorrow

Good morning dec, alex and SL,
Your right, I could do with some extra lurv, I will have a good long look, ok, not that long, but I will try and send some vibes to myself.
I did put on a few pounds over Christmas, and my clothes are feeling a little less comfy, so I am definitely going to get rid on that unwanted eccess.

I've been really pleased with the mirror recently! Since starting FF my waist is definitely smaller and even my thighs are getting slimmer! woohoo!!
A lot of my clothes feel loose, so perhaps I need to go shopping!
Girls, you can do it - send yourself those lurve vibes and feel great!

Afternoon everyone. I am sorry to say I have not looked naked in the long mirror for a long time I must try and be brave very brave. However I have noticed that my face doesn't look so round if you know what I mean. I have had a clear out in my wardrobe today and have got rid of a lot of baggy tops and I have got no intention of buying any more, that's my positive for today. Very wet and dark in Hull today. Enjoy the rest of your day ladies xx

I like the full frontal view - that's definitely improved. Sideways on, there's still too much saggy tummy! But I will work on trying to "love and accept yourself as you really are".

Naked?? mirror?? oh heck - I don't think I can do that just yet, its not just the shape its the droop as well (LOL).
Thanks Dec, I had forgotton that scary part of pmk, I'll try and do that next week (lol) but I will send myself some love this week, that sounds nice and uplifting.

Afternoon all.
I'm feeling the Lurve going from computer to computer,getting stronger and stronger as we sit typing.
Linby,thats great news.Get rid of all those baggy tops.Even when they are the right size they do tend to make us look bigger than we are.
Keep the lurve going girls.As Gilley says "we are worth it"

Actually, and I'm surprising myself here, I'm liking what I see in the mirror, despite my recent increase over Christmas. I don't do naked though - has to be bra and knickers, otherwise my boobs and belly cover everything else up  ! But I have got a waist.

Evening Ladies,
When i look in the mirror i notice my ankles are very slim.
A lot of work needs to be done on the rest of me thoe lol !
But i will get there. Feeling postive.
