ARE YOU???
Good morning girls, its a beautiful morning here today, Ive woken up with a spring in my step, feeling alive and motivated for the day ahead.
We all know the golden rules right??
We all know what food is healthy for us and what is not.
We all know that we need to move more, and with the help of Bloss and dec we can all try and move a little more each day,
So how motivated are you?
1. Cant be bothered
2. I start off with good intensions but give up come afternoon/evening time.
3. Some days are better than others
4. I try my best most of the time.
5. Totally motivated and focused and comitted.
I think I usually fit into the number 4 catagory, but today, Im a number 5, its going to be a fantastic day.
I hope you all have a fantastic day too girls.xxx

Hi mjm, Alex, SL and everyone... I'm usually a 3 or a 4 too but this morning I'm a big 5. Although a bit chilly its also a lovely day here so I'm off to walk to the shops! Hope you all have a good day.

Usually a 3 or 4, but feeling a bit yucky today, just the cold, but keep sitting down for a wee rest. Will now try to do a bit more, have to go into town today, was wondering how to do the least walking, but since the sun is out I'll abandon the car and walk more. Thanks for the reminder, I truly would hate to be on my own with this now.

Usually a or a 4. I am still feeling less than 100% fit, but managed 10 mins gentle biking this morning and did feel better for it. I now need to sort my eating out - the last week has been very erratic, mainly because I have had so little appetite. I'm about to have sardines on toast for llunch - not much veg there, though I might add a lettuce leaf! - but lots of good fish oils. I will try to get p to a 5!

Hi mjm and everyone Well done on that 5!!! I'm usually a 4 - 5, but feeling even more stressed than usual today - see my post on Your Lives - so I really need all your positive vibes to stop me becoming a 1 or 2!!! Mind you just had a banana for brekkie and thick veg broth for lunch, so I'm not doing too badly I suppose.
High five, girls!! (sorry!)

I am usually a 3 or a 4, although I have been on a 5 all day today!
I went to the gym today & swam, I did 65 lengths, boy did that feel good!
we are only human so some days will be better than others, just make the most of the really good days I say!

Must be a 5 today as I duplicated the day, sorry mjm ! Probably usually 4. I might be 5 if I didn't spend so much time on here! Feeling a bit fluey today though ,so probably 1 at present.

Chick, I hope you feel on top form again soon, dont over do things tho, we dont want you knackered all together, we need you too much.
We posted exactly the same time dec, it just shows how keen we are to day doesnt it.
I did 45 mins on my rebounder today, it felt really good getting back to it, it keeps me much more focused for the rest of the day if Ive made an effort to exercise. Dont tell the MM team tho, they dont start until tomorrow!
Keep up the 4 and 5s girls, your doing grand. Dont flag now because its evening time.xxx

I was a 3 before I started PMK and MM and today I am a 4 or 5, though I recognise I wont be like that every day.I am expecting LOTS of 1 days but I am hoping they will be few and far between
I bought a new copy of I Can Make You Thin today (only £7 in ASDA), so I have the CD now.So can i join you properly?I haveposted last weeks weight to mjm xx

Blossom we are delighted to have you with us, especially as you are helping to motivate us with the MM threads (loving the abbreviation!).
mjm, I vary, sometimes a 1 or a 2, usually a 3 or a 4, and today I've been a 5. Yippee.
The biggest thing that has been demotivating me has been having all the wrong things in the house, food wise, because of Christmas and New Year, and therefore getting back into poor eating habits. Today I have made a real effort to eat healthily, and I hope I can keep this up all week, and get myself back on track.

Yippee sella, Ive still got loads of chocolates and fancy biscuits in the house, Im not opening them until easter now, so they are safe until then. If I can keep this up, I know you can.

Hi all, I think I'm mostly a 3 but seem to have been a 2 lately so must do better. I haven't been looking at the forum much so have missed the support from you all. Keep up the good work girls, i have a wedding to go to at Easter so I'm going to use this as an incentive.

Today I felt like a 4 bordering onto a 5. I have my new pedometer now and today I did nearly 14,000 steps. I think I will see what my average is over the week and then try to increase it.
I'm late posting today as I have just got in from work. Lydanne and Blossom a big welcome to you both and I'm looking forward to reading your posts.
